JOWO 2021
Episode VII: The Bolzano Summer of Knowledge
The Joint Ontology WOrkshops (JOWO) is a venue of workshops that, together, address a wide spectrum of topics related to ontology research, ranging from Cognitive Science to Knowledge Representation, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Logic, Philosophy, and Linguistics.
JOWO 2021 will be held in September in conjunction with BOSK II: the Bolzano Summer of Knowledge 2021.

Accepted Workshops for JOWO 2021
The JOWO 2021 Edition will bring together workshops and tutorials affiliated with FOIS 2021, the 12th International Conference on Formal Ontology in Information Systems, and ICBO 2021, the12th International Conference on Biomedical Ontologies.

Important Dates:
FOIS:
- March 26, 2021 – Workshop proposal submission deadline
- April 9, 2021 – Workshop acceptance notification
- April 19, 2021 – 1st call for papers to be distributed by workshop organizers
- August 23, 2021 – Camera-ready versions of all papers received
- September 11-18, 2021 – Workshops and tutorials take place virtually or as hybrid events in conjunction with FOIS in Bolzano
