IAOA events are events directly (co-)organised by the Association.
The flagship IAOA conference is the The International Conference on Formal Ontology in Information Systems (FOIS), held every two years. See the main FOIS page for more information.
Other main IAOA events include:
- The Interdisciplinary Summer School on Applied Ontology (ISAO), held every two years, alternating with the Summer Institute. See the ISAO history page.
- The IAOA Summer Institute, held every two years, in alternation with ISAO. See the 2019 Summer Institute.
- The Joint Ontology Workshops (JOWO), held annually.
