Executive Council

General Powers. The business and affairs of the Association shall be managed and all Association powers exercised by or under the direction of its Executive Council. The Executive Council may delegate the management of the activities of the Association to any person or persons or committee however composed, provided that the activities and affairs of the Association shall be managed and all Association powers shall be exercised under the ultimate direction of the Executive Council. Specific Powers. Without prejudice to these general powers, and subject to the same limitations, the councilors shall have the power to: set all dues and qualifications of members; appoint or remove such committees and establish such offices as the councilors deem necessary; and supervise the preparation and maintenance of procedures and policies for the Association and its activities; approval of positions, events and programs organized, co-organized, supported or endorsed by the Association.
